With reference to your letter No. 30385/05 of
the 30th. August, I have the honour to inform you that,
in accordance with your request, we communicated with
Dr. Ross relative to his report on the health of Police
Constable W. G. Culliford, and I enclose Dr. Ross's reply,
from which it would appear that he is of opinion that Mr.
Culliford is incapacitated from further service.
